The CrazyTalkies Online DVD Rental Service resolves to give prompt delivery
of the movie DVD of your choice. |

Delivery
Cycles:- Our delivery cycle will take place twice in a day.
Delivery Cycle 1:- Orders
placed before 1 pm would be served before 8.00 pm.
Delivery Cycle 2:- Orders
placed after 1.30 pm and before 7.00 pm would be served after 8.30 pm same day at your place.
Orders placed after 07.00 pm will be served next day in one
of the above cycles as per subscriber’s choice. CrazyTalkies does not take the guarantee
of delivery. The delivery is the function of availability of stock and delivery
personnel.

Viewing time would be 2 days for new movie titles and 7 days for old titles
Delivery would be made only once in a day in any subscription plan

Payment Options:- :- The CrazyTalkies Online DVD Library provides
three easy payment modes Credit card / Cheque /Cash. |

1. Cheque:- Our sales executive can collect the cheque from your
place. The subscription will be activated after realization of the cheque. If the
cheque get bounced by any reason, customer has to pay Rs. 150/- charges for the
same in cash only. Cheque should be drawn in favour of “Crazytalkies Entertainment
Pvt. Ltd. ", payable at Pune. We would collect the cheque from your place as per your
convenience.

2. Credit Card:- You can pay online by using credit card. We use secured
payment gateway and your information will be encrypted by system. For more details
see our Privacy Policy.

|
3. Cash:- Please ask for cash pickup at your time and place, our person will collect
the cash. You will get the receipt of your payment.
|
|
|
Refund in case of cancellation of subscription:-You can cancel
subscription at anytime. Subscription
fee is not refundable. You will have to complete all dues before cancellation.
After that your subscription will be cancelled. The refundable deposit will
be returned on completion of 10 days from the end of the month of cancellation
of subscription.

provides free home delivery of movie DVDs, in all subscription plans.

Free Pick Up :- You need not return the movie to our store.
The movies will be picked up free of cost.

The DVD I want to order is not found in the collection of Crazy Talkies - - If you don’t find movie in our collection, you can send your movie list to us.
If these titles are legally available in India, we can add it to our collection.
We do not give any assurance or take guarantee about these titles, because we keep
only authorized titles which are legally available with respective distribution
companies in INDIA. |

How to handle the rented DVD?
|
|
|
Handle the rented DVDs with utmost care. While cleaning a DVD, hold the disc by
its outer edge and clean it’s shiny surface with a soft cloth. Keep sharp things
away from the disc. Keep the DVD in the protective cover after use. The DVD should
not be exposed to extreme heat/ sunlight for a long time. The disc is prone to physical
damage so avoid touching the shiny surface of a disc. Avoid any attempt to bend
the DVD. Don’t keep corrosive liquids near the DVD.

What should I do if the DVD/VCD skips during playback?
|
|
|
We, at Crazy Talkies have all licensed DVDs and we guarantee that our clients rent
DVDs in good conditions. Try cleaning a disc by wiping it with a clean, dry and
soft lint-free cotton cloth in a straight line moving from the hole at the centre
toward outer edge of the disc. Please report in case you come across such condition.
If the problem persists you can exchange the DVD. |

If the rented DVD is not playing-
|
|
|
If there is problem with disc, your account will not be charged. But if there are
external problems like DVD region code or anything else, rent amount will be debited
to your account. You must inform us the problem as early as possible. |

Region code & Computer -
|
|
|
We are not responsible if DVD
or VCD doesn’t play on computer or laptop. DVD-Video discs may be encoded with a
region code intended to restrict the area of the world in which they can be played.
The purpose of this system is to allow motion picture studios to control the various
aspects of a release (including content, date and, in particular, price) according
to the geographic region. In practice, many DVD players are or can be modified to
be region-free, allowing playback of all discs. Most modern DVD-players allow a
similar adjustment. Adjustment of "region code" is not possible in older DVD-players.
Please refer to your DVD-player's instruction manual for information about setting
the "Region Code". Alternatively, you may also contact your DVD-player's manufacturing
company's service personnel for more information about this. |

If the rented DVD is damaged
|
|
|
If the disc is damaged in the process of delivery,
you will get the new disc. But you have to inform us immediately. If disc is damaged
by you, you will be charged as per disc price. |

Account Summary:- In My Account menu you can see the balance of
your prepaid coupons. You can purchase new prepaid coupons an also renew the subscription.

What is Wish List:- You are supposed to prepare a wish list and
deliveries will be made as per availability of those movies. You can add maximum
6 movies at a time in Wish List.
|
|
|
What is a Wish list? Can I edit it? Prepare a wish list of unlimited
number of movies (in order of preference) online. Deliveries are done as per availability
of the titles. The wish list can be edited anytime
|
|
|
What If forgot the password:- Click on the link of ‘’forgot password’’
and follow simple instruction. Your password will be
mailed to your E-mail which you have provided us at the time of registration. Your
E-mail id acts as your CrazyTalkies
id. Kindly have alpha numeric password for better security
|

|
How can I change my address;- If you wish to change your address
by any reason, go to My Account and update the information. Deliveries will be done
only at one address.
|
|
|
Cancellation of Rent Request :- Once you send the rent request
you will get movies at your delivery address. But if you want to cancel the order
you can, provided our delivery boy has not already left the warehouse. If you are
not available and our person visits your place, it will be valid delivery.

|
Renewal Of subscription :- On expiry of your subscription
period you will be informed by mail or phone. You can renew the subscription by
going online or call us to 020-40138777. Our person can come to your place to renew
your subscription. Subscription plans are subject to change, as per
company policy

Changing of Subscription Plan :- If you want to change the subscription
plan, you can do so. Credit to the prepaid subscription charges will be given. CrazyTalkies
management reserves its right to devise new rules on this point or change the rules.

How Could I see the rental history:- Just go in My Account menu
on website and you will be able to see the rental history. |

Can I find out when and how much I’m billed each month :- Yes ,
you can. Please visit us and sign in My Account.

The number of DVDs get updated every 15 days. There are no independent sources to
verify. We believe our DVD library is the largest in Pune. |

We keep multiple copies of each title in our DVD library. The demand for individual
titles in the library is monitored and new copies are added as required.
